As Asset Performance & Maintenance Manager, you are the single point of accountability for a portfolio of industrial B2B solar installations. You bridge the technical, financial and contractual dimensions of asset management, ensuring maximum uptime, optimal returns, and high client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

- Asset & contract management

You monitor lease contracts, Power Purchase Agreement contracts, green certificates, indexation mechanisms and energy revenues. You oversee all incoming costs and you ensure full regulatory, tax and grid-operator compliance.

- Performance management & value optimisation

You track production, availability, Performance Ratio and yield against business plan and other benchmarks. You diagnose underperformance, drive corrective actions, and deliver reports to all stakeholders.

- O&M oversight

You supervise internal and external O&M teams to maximise uptime and ensure SLA compliance, safety, and regulatory adherence. You manage preventive and corrective maintenance, real-time monitoring, and incident response.

- Client & stakeholder relations

You serve as the primary contact for clients, investors and partners. You manage performance commitments, handle incidents and maintain strong relationships with a commercial mindset.

- Financial follow-up & continuous improvement

You monitor revenues and costs at asset level, support budgeting and forecasting, and benchmark O&M costs. You drive process automation and smarter use of monitoring tools.

- Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent; 4–8 years of experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or technical asset / energy service management

- Proven track record in operational asset management, O&M oversight, performance monitoring, client relations and team management

- Solid understanding of solar PV systems, energy contracts (PPA, leasing, self-consumption) and financial metrics (IRR, business plans)

- Bilingual Dutch/French with good English, written and spoken

- Excellent client orientation and leadership skills, building trust with clients and inspiring teams to perform at their best

- Strong ownership mindset, analytical problem-solver, pragmatic and result-oriented

- Able to bridge technical and financial topics with ease; data-driven and comfortable with Excel, monitoring platforms and BI tools
