In Response To The Crisis, ENERDEAL And CENEO Join Forces To Finance Industrial Solar Projects In Hainaut

News

Enerdeal, Belgian leader in photovoltaics for companies, announces the creation of NeoPark, an ad hoc company dedicated to the financing and operation of projects on behalf of third parties in Hainaut business parks.

Ceneo, partner of Enerdeal, is an intermunicipal company responsible for financing and operating assets in renewable energy projects in Hainaut. Ceneo has a solid local network, associated with three territorial development agencies: IDEA, IGRETEC and IDETA. NeoPark will be managed in collaboration with Ceneo, co-shareholder (51% Enerdeal, 49% Ceneo), with the intention of reaching 10 million euros in projects over the next three years.

NeoPark primarily targets the roofs, grounds or car parks of companies already established in the Hainaut business parks. “The strength of this project is to bring together two areas of expertise: the financing capacity provided by Ceneo and the expertise of Enerdeal in the field of photovoltaics, from design to operational management”, comments Grégoire de Pierpont. , CEO of Enerdeal. “Financial investment still represents a barrier for nearly half of the cases we handle. This new collaboration aims to offer the market a complete service for their solar installations, allowing them to remain strategically focused on their core business while benefiting from substantial savings without direct investment. “, he specifies.

NeoPark is the 7th joint venture of this type created by Enerdeal, with more than 100 solar power plants financed to date.
